Local Pickup:

We offer local pickup by appointment at:
115 Dominic Rd, Candor, NY 13743, US

Customers selecting local pickup will receive instructions to schedule a pickup date and time through our checkout system.
Pickup orders are considered final once collected.


Shipping Availability Notice

We currently ship via UPS Ground 2-Day Service to the following states only:

CT, DE, IN, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, RI, SC, VA, VT, WV

Orders placed after Saturday will ship the following week.
We ship Mondays and Tuesdays only.

Shipping:

We offer shipping on select products marked “Shipping Available.”

Shipping Carriers: We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
Shipping Area: We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.


Order Processing & Shipping Schedule:

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Noon) Eastern Time on Saturday will be processed the following week.

  • Shipping Days: Orders are prepared on Monday and typically shipped on Monday or Tuesday to ensure fast delivery and product integrity.

  • Transit Time: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days from ship date, depending on destination.


Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.


Packaging:

All shipments are carefully packed with insulation and dry ice to ensure your beef arrives frozen and safe.


Damaged or Lost Packages:

Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, Harris Beef & Cattle Co. is no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
