All Sales Are Final.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on beef products once they leave our facility. This policy ensures the integrity, safety, and quality of the beef we provide to our customers.
Exceptions:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, such as:

The wrong item was received

Missing items from your order

Damage to your package during transit
Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or a credit toward a future purchase.

Local Pickup Orders:
All orders picked up in person are considered final once the customer has accepted and received the order.
Refunds (If Applicable):
Approved refunds, when necessary, will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
We do not issue cash refunds.
Shipping Delays or Issues:
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events outside our control. Once your order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We package all shipments to industry standards for frozen goods.
